Viena Delish

Forty years ago, Viena opened its first unit, a restaurant at Conjunto Nacional in São Paulo. In 2016, after decades of success and growth, the brand, now part of the International Meal Company – Imc, wanted to renew itself to attract a new audience without losing sight of traditional customers. StudioIno was selected to turn this challenge into reality and the most prominent result of this work was inaugurated december 2016. The restaurant at the Iguatemi Shopping Mall is one of the most important of the brand and will serve as flagship for the rest of the units renovations Viena has in mind for the next years.


Ape CuorDiCrema

Cliente: San Lorenzo Foodservice

The Cuor Di Crema gelaterias network decided on a different format: a replica of a classic Italian vehicle from the 1950s. The concept and design of the unit were carried out by the StudioIno. The order came from San Lorenzo, a kitchen company that serves the Cuor Di Crema brand and markets the tuktuk. The vehicle was built by Bob Iser. Inside the cart the exhibitors are from IFI.
The Ape is a tricycle manufactured in Italy after the Second World War. Being cheap, it was used by small producers to transport and sell the products directly in the cities. It symbolizes the artisan production, direct from the producer.

Olive Garden

Client: IMC

StudioIno was responsible for the kitchen design and construction management of Olive Garden’s second unit in Brazil. The brand maintains North American standards in its franchises around the world. That’s why StudioIno project was designed to suit US practices and at the same time makes the necessary nationalizations, such as kitchen equipment and finishing materials.


Grab n’ Fly

Client: IMC

International Meal Company (IMC) chose StudioIno to develop the design and architecture for food stations for airports. The result was the Grab n ‘Fly concept, a compact, modular foodservice unit designed for the needs of this audience.

The project has a self service system. Exhibitors and shelves are open and customer oriented. The unit was designed in modules that allow different formations. It is possible to have island configuration, such as a kiosk, “L” shaped or “U” shaped units. Linear shapes, on the other hand, makes it easier for the custormer to shop and walk around the corridors.


Client: Davvero

Davvero is an artisanal gelateria with recipes that follow the traditional Italian gelato making. The store is designed to communicate the brand values in a cozy environment. The house also offers custom cones and cookies of craft local production.


Client: Soffione

Concept, architecture and detailed design for the first Soffione in Sao Paulo. Soffione offers daily made gelato with the very best fresh fruit, milk, Belgian chocolate, Italian pistachio … irresistible!




Client: Starbucks

Our team is responsible for the executive and compatibility projects, given the specific visual concept of each store already developed by Starbucks headquarters in Seattle, USA. StudioIno began working with Starbucks in 2013. Since then, dozens of units were designed including street shops, shopping stores and kiosks in the cities of São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto, São Jose dos Campos, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro and Niterói.

La Naturelle

Client: La Naturelle

Concept, architecture and detailed design for the franchise shops of natural ice cream. Their products are sorbets made using only organic ingredients and without milk. The store located at Santa Catarina mall in São Roque, SP, Brazil has wood and natural quartz surfaces to create a modern environment coherent with the brand values.


Juice and Toast

StudioIno developed the concept design and architecture to communicate healthy eating in a practical, comfortable and jovial atmosphere. The store located at Viracopos international airport in São Paulo offers ready to go service and is oriented to the consumer who has little time to consume.
