The briefing was to develop the architectural and interior design for Unilever Brazil Training Center and Experimental Kitchen, making them reference kitchens for the markets where they operate. The spaces, previously operating separately, were restructured at the company’s headquarters in a new shared area: The Gourmet Studio, which caters for the
Foods and Foods Solutions divisions of Unilever, the professional and retail markets respectively. The Studio also has a tasting area, cabins for sensory analysis, a lounge and a library.
