Santa Lucinda Hospital

We designed a complete renovation of the Nutrition and Dietetics Service area to suit prevailing standards of Brazilian regulatory agency (Anvisa).The kitchen has a specific area for preparation and distribution of the patients’ meals that uses the portioning system. The meals are later stored in refrigerated carts. There is a designated area for the staff restaurant.

We designed a total renovation of the area of Nutrition and Dietetics Service (SND) to suit prevailing standards of the Brazilian regulatory agency (Anvisa). The kitchen has a specific area for preparation and distribution of the patients’ meals equipped with a “portioning” system. The portions are then placed in imported carts with storage technology that can hold both hot and cold meals simultaneously. We also designed an adjacent area for the employee’s restaurant.

Da Luz Hospital (Lactary) | Focus

We designed a total renovation of the area of Nutrition and Dietetics Service (SND) to suit prevailing standards of the Brazilian regulatory agency (Anvisa). The kitchen has a specific area for preparation and distribution of the patients’ meals equipped with a “portioning” system. The portions are then placed in imported carts with temperature control technology.
We designed the areas for breastfeeding, enteral feeding and breast milk collection and handling.

We also designed an adjacent area for the employee’s restaurant.

 

Barreiro Hospital | Unimed BH

Location: Belo horizonte | Minas Gerais / Brazil

We designed the Nutrition and Dietetics Service area covering all the spaces necessary for the storage and handling of patients and staff food. We also created a restaurant designed for the hospital employees, and a cafeteria intended to both employees and the general public with independent infrastructure for snacks and fast meals service.

 

Hospital das Américas

Projetamos a área de Serviço de Nutrição e Dietética (SND) para adequação às normas vigentes da ANVISA. Incluímos célula para elaboração de alimentos no sistema Cook & Chill com área específica com câmaras de armazenamento. Há uma cozinha com área específica para preparo e distribuição das refeições de pacientes com utilização de sistema de porcionamento, condicionando-as em carros importados que dispõem de tecnologia de armazenagem para pratos quentes e frios, simultaneamente; Área anexa com restaurante para funcionários.

No andar superior, com acesso à recepção principal, foi projetamos um restaurante comercial, com serviço à la carte, incluindo uma cafeteria localizado no acesso ao restaurante, com área própria de conforto.
No mesmo andar no lado oposto do pavimento foi projetado um restaurante específico para atender o corpo médico, contemplando um café, e uma área reservada com ambientação diferenciada.
Estes dois restaurantes estão interligados por um hall de garçons que acessa uma copa de apoio central, um gambuza e uma copa central de higienização de louças. Estas áreas estão todas interligadas com a cozinha central através de monta cargas específicos para alimentos e para detritos.
