The move to a new headquarters caused the kitchen and restaurant to have their areas reduced.
Our biggest challenge was to meet the needs of this operation in a new much smaller space.
We also had to integrate it to the architecture of the building so that this room was cozy and modern. With the high ceilings in the hall, we designed the comfort areas with glass walls and large luminaries. In the area where the ceiling height is lower we designed the service counters.
The kitchen was designed on the mezzanine and communicates with the restaurant through a dumbwaiter that carries the food to the support scullery.
